Born and raised in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Kyle came to Jacksonville in 2021 to clerk for Judge Gerald B. Tjoflat of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law.
During law school, Kyle also served as an extern for Judge B. Lynn Winmill of the United States District Court for the District of Idaho and as an intern for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. Additionally, Kyle was an editor on the Idaho Law Review, a teacher assistant for two years for a legal writing professor, and a research assistant for multiple law professors.
Kyle focuses his practice on trial and appellate cases involving complex civil and commercial litigation. A proud Eagle Scout, Kyle enjoys biking, swimming, and hiking in his spare time.
